This luxurious modern detached villa is situated less than twenty minutes from the Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World theme parks in a peaceful gated community called Tivoli Manor on Highway 27 in Davenport.  Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes drive and Sanford Airport only one hour away.  Three miles away you will find the Champions Gate golf course.
