We had the pleasure of staying in this villa some months ago, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The villa is spotlessly clean, and very well maintained, catering for our every need. Well within reach of all the theme parks and malls, and with easy access to all major highways. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this beautiful villa and we hope to visit again in the near future.

I would like to say how much my family, consisting of Tommy, 64, Irene, 61 , Paul, 43, Wendy 41 and Hannah ,8 enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Villa in Davenport in May 2008.
The villa is beautifully presented and maintained and well equipped with all mod cons. It is in an ideal location only about 20 minutes away from most of the parks and 5 minutes from a new retail park and is a excellent base for exploring Florida.
Everything which we needed was there as well as lots of little extras such as a supply of DVDs, books, CD's, and toys for the pool.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone as it is ideal for all age groups.
