We took ownership of this superb villa in october 2004 after construction had just been completed. It is within the peaceful gated community of Tivoli Manor - the community comprises just 35 executive properties which are all built to the same extremely high standards.

The villa is situated on Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is approximately 1 mile from the Interstate 4 exit 55. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes drive and Sanford Airport is about an hour away.

You are only 1 hour away from the glorious Florida beaches and all the great attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World Theme Parks are all within a 20 minute drive.
